August 2010 saw Blackwater travel to Ireland on a "working" holiday! Whilst there we once again played a gig in Toomeys Bar, Donard, Co Wicklow and The Glenmalure Lodge Hotel, Glenmalure Co Wickow but what really made the holiday was entertaining the folks at the 2010 Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann in Cavan. There was lots of "ceol, caint agus craic" during this weekend, we met lots of new friends and had a ball.
Blackwater's CD "River" is finally here. A long time in the making but worth the wait.
Can be purchased at any of our gigs, from Taste Ireland in Mascot, through Trad & Now magazine or email us and we can arrange to have a copy posted to you.
